Workers with the city of Jackson continue to remain busy repairing potholes.
On average, city crews repair between 2,500 and 3,000 potholes per month.
Broken down further, that’s between 125 to 150 potholes that are filled on city streets each weekday, according to Infrastructure Management Manager Leroy Lee.
Potholes are reported by residents through the city’s 311 system online and Jackson’s pothole hotlines.
Calls come in to the hotlines daily, Lee said.
