FOREST THIGPEN, president of the Mississippi Center for Public Policy, will speak to the Madison Organization of Neighborhood Associations (MONA) Tuesday, January 27.
“His broad topic will be responsible government,” said MONA Chairman Paul Tankersley.
“He did say he was going to talk about some specific ways government expenses can be tracked.”
MONA holds public membership meetings four times a year, and invites all residents of the city of Madison. All Madison neighborhoods are encouraged to send at least two representatives.
