RIDGELAND OFFICIALS are taking small steps to prepare for the future city center project off Highway 51, but it’ll be awhile before the center materializes.
The board of aldermen last week entered into an agreement with Waggoner Engineering Inc., for the firm to prepare bid packages for concrete crushing and an extension of Rice Road at the city center site.
