The art of interviewing
I’M USED TO interviewing people for newspaper stories, but not for jobs.
I’ve never been anyone’s “boss,” unless you count the years between 2000 and 2006 when my parents more or less trusted me to keep an eye on my brother, Austin. Even then I wasn’t really his boss - as he would frequently remind me.
So I’ve never interviewed a potential employee. But in the past couple of weeks, I’ve gotten two chances to practice.
