Waste Management of Jackson and Tougaloo College will team up to plant a tranquil reading garden on the Tougaloo campus. The planting, aimed at providing enjoyable green space in Mississippi communities, will bring Waste Management and community volunteers together to enhance the Tougaloo campus.
