David Brownlee has been a pastor in the United Methodist Church for more than three decades. The last three years have been spent as pastor at Christ United Methodist Church in Jackson. Brownlee is a graduate of United Wesleyan College in Pennsylvania and Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky. He and his wife Irene have one daughter.
Before coming to Jackson, he spent 30 years ministering to people in the Raleigh, N.C., area.
