Ed Said is a seven-year-old boy who loves to learn about being healthy and is known for his love of raps and rhymes. He was created at Mississippi Public Broadcasting by producer C.J. Burks based on a curriculum called Moving with Fruits and Vegetables, created by a Corinth school teacher. Ed hangs out on the playground with his friends the Lunch Bunch on MPB and www.edsaid.org, and he performs for kids at schools across Mississippi. He recently visited with Sun staff writer Katie Eubanks about having fun and eating healthy.
