Linwood Nooe wants the freedom of flight to be available to all people, including those living with disabilities.
A device Nooe plans to manufacture will help him do just that.
Nooe, a Madison resident, is planning to produce hand-control devices for small aircraft.
The steel rods with wheels and hooks on one end, would allow individuals who have lost the use of their lower extremities to operate a plane’s foot pedals by hand.
