Growth - Madison and Ridgeland's total assessed values increasing

THE CITIES OF Madison and Ridgeland both saw growth in their total assessed values this year.

After a 2.6 percent drop last year, Ridgeland’s assessed value grew by 2.1 percent this year. Madison grew 2.2 percent this year compared to three percent last year.
