Ann Smith Elementary first-graders were visited by artist Julie Collier. She painted a picture of a rainforest, while teaching students about perspective and technique. She gave the first-graders advice on how to cultivate their imagination, encouraging them to embrace their creativity. Shown are (from left) Lianne Zamar, Seth Douglas, Kameryn Pickens, Allen Richert, and Collier.
