A PROPOSED multimillion-dollar mixed-use development at the Ross Barnett Reservoir is still stalled.
Harbor Walk is a multi-phase project that calls for a luxury hotel, condominiums, office buildings, retail and restaurants, all on 110 acres of reservoir property in the city of Ridgeland.
