The Eudora Welty House and the Mississippi Museum of Art partnered to bring Scott Cook, a native Jacksonian, to Jackson during the Curious George exhibition. St. Andrew’s third-graders recently visited the art museum for a special presentation by Cook, featuring marionettes, original paintings, sculptures of his storybook characters, and a description of the book making process. Shown with Cook (back) are (from left, front) Maddie Conerly, Emily Herrington, Lilly Flowers, Rayyon Jameel, and Madeleine Halford.
