Patrick Morgan, St. Joseph Catholic High School student, was one of only 64 students statewide selected for this year’s Lott Leadership Institute for rising ninth-graders. The program seeks to cultivate and inspire honest, compassionate and responsive leaders who will focus on responsibility and stewardship.
