Mr. and Mrs. Alan Blaine Chewning of Ocean Springs announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Brooke Chewning, to Benjamin Lee Barnett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Alan Barnett of Madison.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Wendy Edson of Ocean Springs, the late Ronnie Edson of Ocean Springs, the late G.A. Chewning of Sylvester, Ga., and the late Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Dubuisson of Ocean Springs.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Freddie K. Barnett of Flowood and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas G. Nolen of Madison.
