Dr. and Mrs. Lucius Featherston Sams III announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Kathryn Sams, to Nicholas James Weyrens, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Edward Weyrens Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Todd Gregory Yoder.

Miss Sams is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lucius Featherston Sams Jr., James Angelo Becker, and Kathryn Yerger Becker. Weyrens is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John William Lapp and Mr. and Mrs. James Edward Weyrens.
