Northbay residents again own golf course property

THE NORTHBAY Property Owners Association (POA) now controls all the land that made up the former Northbay Country Club Golf Course, but for now the greens and golf-cart paths will serve as green space for residents of the subdivision.
Northbay bought back holes one, two and three from the Bob Ford Christian Golf Foundation, which at one time owned and operated all nine holes. But Ford let the course fall into disrepair, and it closed. So the POA bought back the land a piece at a time.
