The Boy Scouts of America recognizes Scouts that have attained the rank of Eagle Scout with a Palm award for each five merit badges earned above and beyond those necessary for Eagle. Troop 18, of First Presbyterian Church, Jackson awarded the following Scouts with Palms at their recent Court of Honor (from left) Wilkes Skelton, Burney Threadgill, and Holt Crews.
