Mississippi voters need to return Bill Waller and Michael Randolph to the Supreme Court. If either one of these men loses, the 5-4 conservative vote will become a 5-4 plaintiffs vote. We don’t need a return to the tort wars of yesteryear.

Remember the tort wars? It wreaked havoc on Mississippi cocktail parties, sending doctors and lawyers to opposite sides of the room. It caused a massive flight of doctors from the state of Mississippi, creating a deadly shortage of neurosurgeons and obstetricians.
