Rick Dillard is the new president of the Mississippi Wildlife Federation. He lives in Gluckstadt with his wife, Jocelyn, and two sons. Dillard has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Mississippi State University in fisheries management. He recently spoke with Sun staff writer Katie Eubanks about conservation, wild hogs, and Wildlife Federation programs.
