School employees suspended pending investigation
TWO PUBLIC SCHOOL employees in Ridgeland are accused of “having inappropriate relationships with a minor child,” and the case has gone before the Madison County Grand Jury, said District Attorney Michael Guest.
No arrests had been made as of last week, according to Lt. John Neal, head of criminal investigations with Ridgeland Police Department.
The two employees are suspended with pay pending further investigation, said Madison County Schools Superintendent Ronnie McGehee.
Neal also said the investigation was ongoing.
