With redistricting wins under his belt, District 64 Rep. Bill Denny is going into the 2013 legislative session refreshed and ready to get to work.
Denny has pre-filed between 15 and 17 pieces of legislation, including one that would lower the business personal property tax and another that would create an attempted murder ordinance.
