Plans have been laid out, and estimates say it will take around $5.6 million to transform Parham Bridges Park into a world-class tennis center and community destination.
Ward One Councilman Quentin Whitwell, who’s leading the effort to update the park, hopes to get corporate sponsors and large donations for much of the work, but won’t turn down smaller contributions.
“We’re going to take everything from $1 to $1 million,” he said.
