Specialty tags to help benefit PRV

This entire article is available to all Northside Sun print and web subscribers. THE PEARL RIVER Valley Water Supply District (PRV), the governing body for the Ross Barnett Reservoir and the land around it, is trying to raise money with specialty license plates.

If the PRV gets 300 people committed to pay $31 each, the state tax commission will print the tags – which have yet to be designed.
