Trash makes Jackson trashy
Bet you've had a jaw-dropping experience when you watched an event unfold and thought, "I see it but I don't believe it."
That's the way I felt when I pulled out of our Northbay neighborhood onto St. Augustine Drive one Sunday morning. I was on my way to church. There was a nice late-model car ahead of me.
I was dumbfounded when I saw the occupants of the car throw garbage from fast-food meals out the windows. Bags, boxes, napkins and cups went flying all over the place.
