Talks continue between Jackson, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Justice on what will likely leave the city facing hundreds of millions of dollars in water and sewer repairs.
The city entered into negotiations with the regulatory agency in 2010, after being cited for numerous violations of the federal Clean Water Act (CWA).
