There is a great irony in a Mississippi lawsuit that’s still trying to block Obamacare from taking effect.
The lawsuit, to which Gov. Phil Bryant added his name as a private citizen after it was filed in 2010, claims that Obamacare is unconstitutional because it violates individual privacy rights by forcing citizens to buy health insurance.
