If brilliant fall foliageis one of your great landscape delights, don’t waste too much time longing for trips to the fabled New England leaf show. I’ve been there twice, and I can truly say that, other than a bit more red in the New England foliage, we can see just as beautiful an autumn display within our own state, and in our neighboring states of Alabama and Tennessee.
