Session outlook; Denny files more than 15 new bills prior to 2013 legislative session

With redistricting wins under his belt, District 64 Rep. Bill Denny is going into the 2013 legislative session refreshed and ready to get to work.

Denny has pre-filed between 15 and 17 pieces of legislation, including one that would lower the business personal property tax and another that would create an attempted murder ordinance.
