WITH BUILDINGS popping up along Highland Colony Parkway this past year and more being built, Township developer Clint Herring says he believes the $400 million mixed-use project is within three years of being finished.
Until recently, it seemed like The Township was just a small commercial strip anchored by Soulshine Pizza Factory, along with some houses to the north that sat back from the parkway.
But the skyline of the 95.5-acre Township has suddenly started taking shape in the past couple of years.
