
Depending on who you talk to, property values in Hinds County either went up, down or remained the same in 2012.
The Jackson Association of Realtors (JAR) said property values, for the most part, increased across the county last year.
The Hinds County Tax Assessor’s office, though, said property values remained about the same when compared with previous years, with some going up, some going down and others not changing at all.
