
SPRING JUST arrived March 20, but the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District (PRV) is already preparing for what General Manager John Sigman calls “the season.”
The PRV governs the 33,000-acre Ross Barnett Reservoir and the 17,000 acres of parks and neighborhoods surrounding it, including those in Madison and Rankin counties.
When asked to name the biggest focus point for the PRV in prepping for summer, Sigman said, “Believe it or not, it’s water.
