David Overby took office in January as Madison County administrator. He previously served 12 years as Ridgeland’s city clerk and director of finance and administration, and worked in public accounting for 20 years. Overby lives in Ridgeland with his wife, Gail, a counselor. He recently spoke with Sun staff writer Katie Eubanks about his new position in Madison County.
