Nine streets on the Northside could have speed humps in place sometime next spring, so says Jackson Traffic Engineer Robert Lee.
But Northsiders who need speed humps but haven’t already submitted applications to the city of Jackson are pretty much out of luck.
The capital city is no longer accepting applications for speed humps, with officials saying they no longer have the money to pay for installing the traffic-calming devices.
