Dr. Robert Allen Smith recently spoke at the Australian Wound Management Association in Sydney. His presentation was on the science of keratin protein, “A New Paradigm in Wound Healing.” Dr. Smith is the founder of Keraplast Technologies, LLC. His company extracts keratin protein from New Zealand wool. These proteins are used in wound care, personal care, and nutritional products.
