Baptist Health Systems President and CEO Mark Slyter (left) and Executive Medical Director for Orthopaedic Services Brian Johnson, M.D., (right) were presented the HealthGrades awards for Baptist Medical Center achieving America's 100 Best hospitals for Orthopedic Surgery and Joint Replacement. Baptist also received America's 100 Best Hospitals for General Surgery and Prostatectomy. Overall, Baptist Medical Center achieved 135-star ratings and five specialty excellence awards.
