Dr. Ralph B. Vance Sr. M.D., (left), professor of oncology medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, volunteered as Legislative Doctor of the Day at the Capitol recently. In that capacity, Dr. Vance was available to provide non life threatening medical care to lawmakers and staff during the session. He is shown with Sen. Will Longwitz.
