THE CITY OF MADISON and the North Livingston Place Neighborhood Association are at odds over new zoning regulations in the area.
Last week city officials put an overlay on the land, comprising 175 acres along North Livingston Road just south of Highway 463, to give residents relief from new square-footage requirements in areas annexed by the city in 2008.
But neighborhood association president Johnnie McDonald said one provision of the overlay is too restrictive on landowners planning to subdivide their property.
