THE MADISON COUNTY Board of Supervisors has let another developer reduce the minimum square footage in a residential development.
This time, however, it doesn’t appear that area residents are upset about it.
Two weeks ago, developer Kerry Howell asked the board to let him reduce the minimum home size from 1,600 square feet to 1,400 in Magnolia Pointe, a neighborhood off Yandell Road three miles east of Highway 51.
