MADISON RESIDENTS are slated to get a million dollars worth of improvements to streets and parks, and they won’t have to pay any extra taxes for them.
City officials plan to issue $1 million in general obligation bonds later this summer for improvements to undetermined streets and two city parks. The bonds will be paid off with money saved from refinancing two other bond issues.
