New $75 million Baptist Hospital project on schedule

The new medical office building and parking garage

A NEW Medical OFFICE BUILDING being developed by Baptist Hospital and Landmark Healthcare Facilities is still on target to open in the spring of 2013.

“Everything’s moving along as scheduled,” said Baptist spokesman Robby Channell.

Work on the project began in December, and today much of the 180,000-square-foot building’s frame is in place. Crews have also begun putting the foundation for the facility’s multi-level parking garage in place.
