Detective Mark Penn was recently honored at the City of Ridgeland Mayor and Board of Aldermen meeting as Officer of the Month for April.
Justin Rollins was named valedictorian of the Class of 2012 at the recent graduation ceremony at the Mississippi School for the Blind.
