AFTER FOUR WINS last year, the St. Andrew’s Episcopal School football team is looking for a stronger year in 2012. Head coach J.J. Plummer is optimistic that a run of bad luck will not faze the Saints this season. Last season, which Plummer called a “rebuilding year,” yielded just four wins and seven losses. Plummer and his staff were hopeful that 2012 would be stronger because of the projected 16 to 18 experienced seniors that would be on the field, but that number has dwindled down to nine seniors.
