MANY REUNION homeowners are still fighting a proposed change that could bring commercial development to parcels at the corner of Reunion Parkway and Highway 463.
Last week the city of Madison held a public hearing on its proposed comprehensive plan, updated from the 2008 version. As drafted, the land-use part of the plan indicates that the parcels at the intersection of 463 and Reunion Parkway could be rezoned commercial in the future.
Currently, the parcels are zoned residential.
