Jan Albriton Allinder of Brandon and Michael Wayne Allinder of Walls announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Marie Allinder, to David Alan Evans, son of the late Robert Benton Evans of Jackson and the late Rosemary Lynn Collums Evans of Brandon.

The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Jackson Academy High School and attended Mississippi State University.

She is associated with Jackson Eye Associates.

Evans was graduated from Jackson Academy in 1997.

He received a bachelor’s degree in wildlife and fisheries science from Mississippi State University in 2002.

He is an estimator and salesman at Southern Door and Hardware.

The ceremony will be held Saturday, February 9, at Luckett Chapel in Brandon, with the Rev. Bobby Williamson officiating.
