Mr. and Mrs. Logan Burch Phillips Jr. of Madison announce the engagement of their daughter, Margaret Claire Phillips, to Cullen Genevell Reeves III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cullen Genevell Reeves Jr. of Madison, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles James Mullins of Jackson.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Logan Burch Phillips and the late Mr. Phillips, and Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Ralph Hines Jr.

The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Cullen Genevell Reeves and the late Mrs. Reeves, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Hector Howard Jr.

Miss Phillips was graduated with honors from Jackson Academy in 2001.

She is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi, with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in marketing.

At Ole Miss, she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority, on the Chancellor’s honor roll, and inducted into Phi Kappa Phi.

Miss Phillips is a member of the Debutante Club of Mississippi.

She is currently associated with J. Douglas as a sales representative.

Reeves was graduated from Jackson Prep in 2001.

He is a 2005 graduate of the University of Mississippi, with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in physics and chemistry.

At Ole Miss, he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity, on the Chancellor’s honor roll and the dean’s list.

Reeves is associated with Specialty Surgical Instrumentation as a sales representative.

The couple will exchange vows April 19 at First Presbyterian Church. Following the wedding, they will live in Jackson.
