The Northside Sun, established 36 years ago, is a weekly newspaper for the north Jackson and south Madison County areas in Mississippi. With 9,500 paying subscribers, the Northside Sun is one of the largest weekly newspapers in the state. The Northside Sun has won numerous state awards including first place for general excellence, best editorials and best advertising.
