Miss Hall and Marchman planning November 17 wedding in New Orleans
Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hall of Picayune, announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Ann Hall, to John Trent Marchman, son of Brenda Blair of Fairhope, Ala., and Richard Van Marchman of Fort Worth.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hall of Xenia, Ohio, and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Rippel of Monongahela, Pa. Miss Hall is a 2007 Hall of Fame graduate of Picayune Memorial High School and a 2011 summa cum laude graduate of Mississippi College with a degree in business administration. At MC, she was named Miss Mississippi College, was a Perry Medalist, served on the Student Government Executive Council as Campus Activities Board chairperson, and received the D.M. Nelson Cup Award. Miss Hall was graduated with a master of business administration degree with a concentration in finance from Mississippi College in 2013. She is a commercial relationship manager associate in corporate banking at Trustmark.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Anna Marchman and the late Victor Marchman of Henrietta, Texas, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Murfin of Silverhill, Ala. Marchman is a 2007 graduate of Madison Central High School and a 2011 graduate of Mississippi College with a degree in business administration. He also graduated with a master of business administration degree with a concentration in finance from Mississippi College in 2013.
Marchman is a graduate of the 2015-2016 class of Leadership Greater Jackson and a member of the Phoenix Club of Jackson. He is a municipal/commercial relationship manager in public services as Trustmark.
After nearly nine years of dating, the couple was engaged December 26, 2016, in the grand lobby of The Roosevelt New Orleans.
The couple will exchange vows at the Omni Royal Orleans in New Orleans, November 17. Following a wedding trip to Playa Mujeres, Mexico, they will make their home in Jackson.
