Dr. Anthony Cloy (left), of Jackson, a family medicine specialist and medical director and associate professor of the Mississippi Physician Health Program, served as Legislative Doctor of the Day at the Capitol during the most recent session. In that capacity, Dr. Cloy was available to provide emergency medical treatment to lawmakers and staff. Dr. Cloy is shown with Senator Hillman T. Frazier (right), who introduced him to lawmakers.
