MadCAAP fundraiser scheduled October 2

MadCAAP’s eighth annual fundraiser, “Food for Thought” will be at Livingston October 2, 6 to 9 p.m. The event will feature food, complimentary wine, beer and specialty drinks from area restaurants. Rhythm Masters will provide the musical entertainment.  A silent auction will be held in the Chapel at Livingston.  Tickets are $50 per person (adults only, over 21) and may be purchased online at Josh Miller, a food editor at Cooking Light will sample each restaurant’s offerings and choose a “Best” in a variety of categories.  Proceeds assist in funding MadCAAP’s programs that serve its nearly 3,000 impoverished client families living in the community.  For more information, contact Judy Miller at or 601-407-1404.
