Rebel River Continues

After 24 hours and dozens of calls to the mayor's office, city councilors, 311 and to Jackson public works head Bob Miller, city workers arrived at Rebel Drive, dug a 7-foot hole and clamped shut a busted water pipe. But alas, five hours after the city workers left, an even worse geyser erupted, pouring out gravel and Yazoo clay and channeling water into nearby yards.
